This is the second time I’ve used this palette and it surprised me by coming apart on me.
I’m not sure exactly what happened, the shadow cleanly came out of the pan. Unfortunately I was in the car and I spent a few minutes trying to figure out what to do.
After collecting myself I was able to maneuver the shadow back in the pan and used a towel to press it back temporarily.
I’m not going to lie, it completely bummed me out. For $129 you would think I wouldn’t have any issues; I was able to repress it but I’m considering exchanging it anyway so I can avoid risking it falling out again.
Has this happened to anyone else?
